Clinical Case Study
Case Highlight: Treating Gum Recession (Teeth #3–6)
Gum recession occurs when the gum tissue gradually pulls away from the teeth, exposing the roots. This can make teeth appear longer, increase sensitivity, and — if left untreated — lead to root decay or bone loss over time.
For this patient, recession along the upper right side (teeth #3–6) was carefully corrected using a minimally invasive connective tissue graft. This microsurgical approach allowed me to reposition and rebuild the gum tissue, protecting the roots and restoring a natural, balanced gumline.
Healthy gums aren’t just about appearance — they’re essential for long-term function, comfort, and confidence. 💪
